Ssembabule District Councilor`s Induction Climax, Over 45 People Attended

The first induction training of the new Ssembabule District local Government leaders successfully climaxed on Thursday 14^th, October 2021.

The Two days training aimed at sharpening and shaping District Councilors started on Wednesday 13th, October at Rainbow Motel, Ssembabule Town Council

“It is good to always attend induction training because it shapes us on how to make a good decision and service delivery”

“We have to respect the Constitution and then respect ourselves too because respect between us is very vital. Uganda is protected by law and we have to follow it”.

“I call upon you all to always make good decisions because at District level it you who always make the implementation of all activities”

“I cannot work without a team and as a true African, I urge you to always avoid conflicts between ourselves”. Nayebare Kyamuzigitta Fred

The chief facilitators of the Induction were Ronnie Kiwumulo Mbabaali who guided the leaders on the day and Christopher Magezi who handled day two of the training.

“Thanks to the organizers and the District human resource office for accepting and organizing this Induction training. I am happy that today we have made it”.

“Malik Mahabba, the Ssembabule District Chief Administrative Office urged District leaders and Councilors who attended the training to put what the facilitators have taught them”.

“Things taught today are not new based on my experience but have one of the brilliant council compared to where I have moved around. This training has eased the role of the District Speaker “.

“I humbly request you to always take the law of act as your Bible meaning you have to read it every day to make our roles easy. You need also to take the oversight role on what has been done and what is about to take place”.

Parish development model sensitization is done at the District level and now we are taking it to Sub County level to pushing the first phase. People will receive Money in January 2022.

COVID-19 is still in existence and Vaccination is undergoing so my humble request to you is to always encourage our People to go and get vaccinated.
