Hosting Pro Sports Analytics Soccer Camp Is Giving Back To Community – Mpoma Royal College HM
The inaugural Pro Sports Analytics Soccer Camp which kicked off on Friday 27th, December 2025 will climax on Tuesday the 30th December at Mpoma Royal College.
Among the sponsors who have invested in the first of its kind is Mpoma Royal College availing the organizers with accommodation, football pitches and other facilities.
Alex Kabanda, the head teacher, Mpoma Royal College asserted that they accepted to host this Soccer camp because it is a give back to community.
“We decided to give the organizers these facilities because it is one of the ways we can give back to the community that has supported us for years. As part of the sponsors, we have given them free access to all the facilities, they are being fed well and the accommodation is being taken care of”. Stated Alex Kabanda, the head teacher.
“For the days we have stayed with these young Boys and Girls, we have come to see them very energetic, disciplined and very talented. The competition is very high and what we can say is may the best team win”. Added Kabanda.
Entering the final day, Mukono Galacticos Soccer Academy has already won the U13 Boys football and waiting to be crowned. Five (5) teams turned up in the category and it was played on round robin where they collected Nine (9) points from four games.
In the U11 category, Blessed Soccer Academy will battle it out with Njeru Esuubi Foundation in the finals.
In the U15 Boys, team will face off in the quarter finals, semi and finals on Tuesday.
On the stage (quarter finals), Pax Soccer Academy faces Spurs Junior Club, Saved Atletico takes on MJ Sports Academy, Njeru Esuubi Foundation will battle it out with Blessed Soccer Academy well as Talent and Skills Soccer Academies meets Wamu.
In the U15 Girls, Dream Girls Soccer Academy registered two teams (A & B) challenging Oasis Primary School and Talent and Skills Soccer Academies
In the U17 category, teams have group stage matches before advancing to semi and finals.
Skylight take on BWB, Mukono Galacticos Soccer Academy faces City Pro, Talent and Skills Soccer Academies play Blessed Soccer Academy while Mpoma Royal College take on BSEA
