Friendly Match: Trustin Company CEO Advises Ugandans to Vaccinate as K.J Team Captain vows to Humble Luweero Journalists

The Chief Executive Officer of the Trustin Company Limited, the company that identify jobs abroad for Ugandans, Jorem Oitit advised Ugandans to continue vaccinating against COVID-19.

Trustin Company are the main Sponsors of the Kampala Journalists Football Team and on Friday at their home blessed them to go and return with a win on Saturday.

At Trustin we have all vaccinated for Covid, in conjunction with Ministry of Health and media at Kasana Luweero there will be Vaccination for Covid and we ask people to come in time for that cause and then we shall have a friendly match of Kampala Journalists (our team) playing against Luweero media team. And I warn Luweero Journalists that you going to face it rough because we will be there to cheer our team.” Said Jorem Oitit

Oitit also revealed that the first ten men between the age of 22-40 years to reach at the venue, Trustin will give them offer to be taken abroad in Qatar for free.

Journalists in Kampala recently started an intiative to traverse different regions of the country playing friendly football matches aiming to unity journalists for social and economic development all-over the country as well as improving thier health.

While addressing journalists in Bugoloobi at Trustin main offices ahead of preparations for the Luweero vs Kampala journalists match ,said that sports is something that can be done by everyone irrespective of his/her age and gain health wise, socially or economically.

Nkata adds that parents at times stop their children from participating in different sports activities which he says is bad and must stop because sports is very productive.

He has disclosed that with sports every message can reach out at everyone because many people love and watch sports.

We have tried on many occasions to bring ourselves together as Journalists but it has failed to workout, I and my colleague, we came out with this idea of football because it’s a uniting factor not only for Journalists but also the human race.” Nkata Emmanuel Senior said while addressing media at Trustin Company Limited head office in Kitintale.

Nkata who doubles as the team captain of Kampala Journalists Team warned Luweero Journalists that they should get ready for the game.

Meanwhile he has revealed that they started this football intiative to help media persons who are always busy in field, newsroom , production among others to exercise and improve thier health as well as connecting with journalists in other parts of the country and the community in which they gather news from.

Sofar Kampala journalists visited Mukono , Mubende and tomorrow Saturday 30th they are visiting Luwero district.
