The Amplified Bartenders, the experts in service drinks in bars have come out with a unique Cocktail style they want to reveal to the country in their festival dubbed Cocktail in the City that is scheduled to be held on Saturday 26th March 2022 at Central Perk Kampla.
While launching the event at the hosting venue yesterday, Amos Waiswa, the Amplified Bartender asserted that they came up with this idea to show Ugandans especially the revelers that there is a new and a unique way of having your drink and later doesn’t be a burden unto your life because it reduces the alcoholic content in those spirits but again you remain with that flavor you may need in any drink of your choice.
For starters, Cocktail is an alcoholic drink with spirit or spirits mixed with other ingredients like fruit juice or cream.

“Today we are launching Cocktails in the City, we are looking at this festival like the Nyegenyege to those who know, it the direction Cocktails in the City is taking. “
“You know cocktail but people just drink it but don’t know how and what’s in that glass but in this festival, we are going to show you how cocktail is made, which ingredients do we put in the cocktail. “
” Why did we come up with this idea?, We want to show the fine way of drinking, we want to lift our fellow bartenders, we want to show our bosses that besides servicing customers, we have other art we can showcase and increase on the sales. ” Said Amos Waiswa.
“What we are doing here, we are shifting our service from one level to another, actually we are moving from a boring side to an entertaining side, as in you take your drink as well as enjoying the art of serving. “

” We are going to have this event annually, here in Uganda, East Africa and when shall even go continent because we are experienced bartenders who know what we are doing and what the people want, just come and try us on 26th March.” Said Baguma Justus, the Amplified Bartender.
Amos Waiswa the brain behind the event assured revelers to expect what they have never seen before, the entrance will be free of charge and they are to have DJ Baby Love and Crystal Panda as the guest Artists.
