Tooro United as they keep knocking on the door of StarTimes Uganda Premier League for 2021/22 season, they entered in short marriage with an online betting company in 1XBet.

The one year deal which is worth over 100M was Officially unveiled on Friday, at Kati Kati Restaurant Lugogo in Kampala.

The deal will see 1XBet the Official sponsors of Buhinga based side for the season 2021/22.

 The 1XBET Operations Manager Dhabangi Tonny while unleashing the package said that they are ready to give full Support to the only Top League side coming from Tourism City and they came on board because it’s one of ways they go through in giving back to their country and their customers.

“We pledge to give much Support to the team come next season, Supporting Tooro United is one of the ways we go through while giving back to the country.” Dhabangi told this website.

The cheque had 113,860,000 shs (One hundred thirteen millions eight hundred sixty thousands) for one season.

The Tooro United President, Alice Namatovu with both hands welcomed the partnership but added that it’s the beginning, more are still joining the team.

“This is the beginning, many partnerships are  coming to the club, we thank 1XBET to give us the foundation. Now other companies will easily join us.

We shall make 1XBET proud of the decision of sponsoring us.” Said Alice.

At the same Event, the side that need only a win in their last fixture against Kigezi Homeboys FC to automatically become the second side this season to qualify to Uganda Premier League for 2021/22 season have unleashed their new kit, both home and away.

The event was honoured by the Mayor of Fort Portal His Worship Asaba Edison Ruyonga, Honourable Member of Parliament Alex Ruhinda and NCS was represented by David Katende.

Katende asked the Fort people to carefully utilize the Buhinga Stadium to which the government Is still constructing.
