FUFA Women’s Super League: Allen Nasaazi Scores As Kawempe Clears Qualification Route
A 15 year old forward, Allen Nasaazi scored a lone goal that cleared the way for Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC to qualify to semifinals.
Allen’s goal came in the 19th minute of game and it turned out as the winner of the game and moved the Valley Warriors to nine points which put them in a position to qualify to semifinal.
Makerere University WFC suffered the third consecutive defeat of the season and losing without scoring any goal.
Allen Nasaazi, now moved to three goals in three games she has played so far.
Moses Nkata, applauded the performance of Allen’s performance and he said the girl has a bright future.
“I think it’s through hard work, besides her talent, she is a hard-working girl, she is a senior two student, she reported early and been working very hard for this and the trust we gave her, it has added a lot to her performance and I believe, she is going to be good forward.” Moses Nkata commented on Allen’s performance.
Currently, Nasaazi tops the scorers’ chart with three goals, Fauzia Najjemba is behind her with two goals and the rest have one each.
Kawempe Muslim now on top with nine points, Uganda Martyrs and Kampala Queens at six points each.
Earlier in the day Kampala Queens beat Tooro Queens 2-1, Fauzia Najjemba scored twice for Football Queens while Mary Kabacurezi scored for Country Queens.
The remaining two fixtures of Uganda Martyrs-Tooro Queens and Kampala Queens-Makerere University decide the gate for this Group.
