Regional Leagues: 4 Matches Line Up As Eastern Region 2nd Round Starts
Four matches lined up as Eastern Regional League second round kickoff on Thursday 2nd, March 2023 with all the action in the Bukedi group.
Admin Football Club will play hosts to Busia Home Boys Football Club in a morning kick-off encounter at King George Stadium.
Earlier on, the game (Admin FC Vs Busia Home Boys FC) was set to kick off at 4PM but due to the fact that the venue will host a ceremony on Friday, the competitions committee was forced to push the game into a morning kick off.
Admin FC coached by Jessey Lukoki head into the fixture in the second position with Twenty Three (23) points from Eleven (11) matches just Two (2) points separating them from leaders in Mbale Heroes who have garnered Twenty Five (25) points.
Busia Home Boys FC finished first round in the 4th position from the same number of games played, 11 and a win will not change any position.
Their meeting in first round ended in a barren draw at Madibira Primary School Ground.

The Tororo based side beefed up their squad with the signature of experienced forward, Job Omuse formerly at Mbale Heroes and return of Kenneth Majara
Table leaders, Mbale Heroes will be at home in Mbale Stadium against MYDA FC.
Another encounter will be at Islamic University in Uganda grounds as home side, IUIU Sports Club play hosts to Busia Fisheries.
Elsewhere in Busia at Madibira Primary School Playground, Busia United FC will battle Busia Youngstars FC in Busia Derby.
Action will continue on Friday, 3rd March 2023, with Two(2) matches that is Sky Sports Soccer Club hosting Black Path FC at Mbale Stadium while Mbale Garage will pay a visit to Budecho Primary School against Thunder Wolves.
Nile Group will have to wait until Tuesday 7th March to have their second round kick off.
Bukedi group has Twelve (12) teams where the bottom four teams will face the knife to their respective District Fourth Division leagues while Nile group has Ten (10) team and here Two (2) will be relegated.
Like last season, 2021/22, winners of each group will face off in a promotion play offs and the overall champion will gain promotion to FUFA Big League season 2023/24
