USSSA Boys Football 2024: Highlights of Day One, Fixtures for Day Two

The National schools championship Boys Football in Masaka kicked off on Saturday at Masaka SS with 14 games played on day one.

And 28 out of the 64 teams where in action in 14 fixtures while scoring 33 goals. 

Interestingly there was no any game that ended in a goalless draw and two goals where scored on average. 

Following a fairly ranked performance where St Julian Seeta stood taller than any other team on day one, winning her first with a difference of six goals after thumping St Kagwa High School 6-0 with Simon Wanyama registering tournament’s first hat trick. 

David Mulungi also helped his team, Andy Mwesigwa Comprehensive with a brace while winning 3-0 over Makobore. 

Now the effort turns to day two on Sunday 28 April starting at 10 Am while the last fixtures shall come at 4pm 

A number of 32 fixtures will be honored today from different playing grounds in Masaka.
