Uganda Primary Schools Sports Association (UPSSA) qualifications for Federation of East African Schools Sports Association (FEASSA) enters Day two at Global Junior School Mukono.

Learners are competing in football, netball, and volleyball (boys and girls all) for slots to represent Uganda in the 2024 FEASSA Games set to be hosted by Uganda in Bukedea.

Following screening, group draws, and fixtures, two games were played in football.

Happy Hours Primary School Mukono were victors by 2-0 against Joy and Jolly Primary School. Allan Kyuma netted a brace while Nyakashambya Primary School from Sheema shared spoils with Vision For Africa Nakifuma in a one all draw (1-1). David Byesiga put his side (Nyakashambya), but Vision For Africa through Abshir Swalick scored the equaliser.

Actions will return on the field of play on Thursday with Twenty (20) fixtures on Bishop Secondary School and Bishop East Primary School Mukono.

Rays of Grace Junior School, a former champion (2022) of FEASSA in the primary schools category, will face off with host School, Global Junior School in the afternoon at Bishop East Primary School grounds.

1st runners up of the first edition in the category (2019), Oasis Boarding School from Arua City will have two fixtures. Taking on Sironko Parents School at 12PM before facing Happy Hours Primary School Mukono at 2PM.

In Boys football, Twenty two (22) Primary Schools turned up and they will battle for the 2 slots
