State Minister, Obua to Charter a Plane, Ofcourse not Bombardier to Search for Vanished Ssekitoleko
The whole of last week, Julius Ssekitoleko, Uganda’s weightlifter has been world news after his disappearance from the camp ahead of Olympic Games in Tokyo Japan.
Ssekitoleko was among the Uganda’ contingent that traveled to Japan for preps of Olympic games but unfortunately he after weeks in Japan news hit the world indicating that the players has vanished from the camp.
Today, the State Minister for Foreign Affairs Henry Okello Oryem has vowed to hunt down Ugandan weightlifter.
Okello revealed that investigations are underway with State Minister for Sports Denis Hamson Obua chartering a plane tomorrow to Japan in a process that will see Ssekitooleko prosecuted in the courts of law.
For starters, reports from Japan indicated that before his disappearance, Ssekitoleko left a written note communicating that he can’t get back to Uganda where life is hard to maintain.

Again Ssekitoleko even if he went to Japan, he had never qualifed for the 2020 Olympic games and he was not to enter the Olympic Village in Tokyo, he had to return back home but during the course, they city born magically disappeared and until now his whereabouts are yet to be identified.
In 2020 Olympics, Uganda has 26 athletes and the huge number come from Athletics.
