Football Education: Kiwanuka Sulaiman Facilitates 10 Coaches to Attend Beginners Coaching Course

In his pursuit to turn Nakifuma the Uganda’s Brazil, Kiwanuka Sulaiman also engaged in building capacity of teachers of football.

The former member of Parliament Aspirant Nakifuma County, Sulaiman Kiwanuka yesterday fullfiled his pledge of paying tuition for ten Coaches from Nakifuma and Mukono as a whole district who are going to attend the Mukono District Football Association beginners coaching course.

In cash Kiwanuka paid two million shillings that set to fully facilitate the study of ten coaches, seven selected from Nakifuma and three from different parts of Mukono District.

Kiwanuka handed this cash to Mukono DFA Chairperson, Mahad Gaddafi Kivumbi immediately after the meeting, the MDFA executive with the division four and five clubs officials held at Gilbay Hotel Seeta Mukono.

“This is not for elections as people assert, I may not even go through but I am of football. Apart from people from village who didn’t know me, but I have been investing money in football but to people who are less attached to me.” Kiwanuka Sulaiman said before adding….”While at Express FC as player, I used to pay salary to my fellow players, I later established my own club called Spartans FC, but all I was investing in people who are less important to me, that’s why I decided to come to my home district and invest in our people. “

The first course to be organized by MDFA this year, will take place from 15th to 20th January 2022 at Mukono West Primary School, each participant to pay 200,000/-.
