2024 USSSA Qualifiers: St Julian High School Seeta Learns Opponents In Qualifiers For Mukono District Round 2
St Julian High School Seeta will square off against St Johns High School Kauga, Namasumbi SS and St Francis Borgia in the 2024 Uganda Secondary schools Sports Association, Mukono District Qualifiers in round 2.
The draws were conducted at Mukono Kings High School, ono Wednesday 13th, March 2024 ahead of round 2 where 32 schools will battle off.
Group F games where St Julian was pitted will be played at Ntawo playground and St John’s High School Kauga will be the hosting School.
During round 1 qualifiers, St Julian High School Seeta emerged winners of group C defeating Countryside College Mukono and Seeta High School Mbalala by 10-0 and 2-0 respectively.
St John’s High School Kauga registered maximum points
in group N defeating Mukono Islamic by 8-1, Fairland SS by 5-0 and Namruth SS by 6-0.
St Francis Borgia finished in the second position of group E with three (3) points which only came against In Rhomcare by 2-0 scoreline.
Namasumbi Secondary School finished second in group D which had St Joseph’s Nagalama, Mpoma Royal College and Mpunge Seed School.
They (Namasumbi SS) defeated St Joseph’s Nagalama by 1-0 before sharing spoils with Mpunge Seed and Mpoma Royal College in barren draws.
Elsewhere, Mukono District defending champion, Dynamic SS was pitted in group A alongside Namilyango College, St Michael and Paul Mukasa SS and their encounters will be hosted by Seeta High School Mbalala on Saturday.
Greater Mukono Zone defending champions, Mukono Kings High School will battle it out with Bishops SS Mukono, St Lawrence Ssonde and Namilyango SS. This group (D) will be hosted by Bishops SS Mukono.
Latifah Mixed SS Kabimbiri was drawn alongside neighbors, Central College Kabimbiri, St Peters SS and Nakanyonyi SS. Games will be hosted at Kabimbiri R/C playground.
Seeta High School Mbalala was pitted in group H together with Kasawo SS, Seroma Christian High School and St Francis Nagalama. Kasawo will play hosts for this group.
Only one group none other than Group B will have their actions played on Sunday 17th, March 2024. Godmark High School, Namruth, Hilton Zion and Seeta High Green.
